Last week, we flew to the West Coast to visit family in San Diego and then drove to Las Vegas for a few nights before flying home. Here are some photos from our trip . . .

While I can’t say there is a lot that is sustainable about Vegas (though they do have LEED Platinum Certified Hotel and Casino), Sunset Magazine did write a great article about the revitalization and historic preservation of downtown Las Vegas.  Unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit that area on this trip, the Neon Museum sounded particularly awesome.
